Level 22 removes the last training wheels and you can now build any way you like (with the exception of single build buildings.)

Level 22 gives you the best feature in the game - Make All. If you have multiple buildings of the same type that can be started, you will now see 3 dots after the make button. Pressing those will open up a make all button, allowing you to start all the same buildings at the same time, like 8 fields, all at once.

I think the second best feature in the game is the production building storage boxes. While they take gems to purchase, you can easily save up for them as a free to play. They give you so much flexibility on your farm, especially when you have something like Chili dogs, where 1 building is too many and 0 buildings is not enough, so you can just flip it in and out.

Sundale Fields and Cow Sheds both have level 5 unlocked at level 22. While it is nice to upgrade these, I don't think they are a high priority anymore, so you can do them as you have the resources and how you decide to build your own farm. I put priority towards upgrading single use buildings and fields where land is more scarce, like Golden Hills and Copper Ridge.
