Level 7 enables you to build your first Tomato Grove. While building the Grove is not a mandatory click-through, the Market will start asking for Tomatoes. Remember this will take 3 workers.

Another piece of land (expansion 9) becomes available for purchase. This expansion and the next are available for coins, and then expansions will start requiring materials. Expansion materials start in contracts at level 11.

Depending on how you play the game, at some point an achievement is going to pop up on your screen and disappear before you have a chance to comprehend what is going on. The ability to view and collect rewards for achievements is locked until Level 13. I find this confusing for new players and requested the Development team consider tweaking this.
